Damian attained a Bachelor of Laws at QUT and commenced practice on the Sunshine Coast in 1994 following a career with the Queensland Magistrates Courts Service. He has been a principal of the firm since 1997.
Property and commercial law is Damian’s main focus, with a particular interest in the sale and purchase of body corporate management rights businesses. A substantial part of the firm’s work involves acting for onsite managers and bodies corporate. Damian is a member of the Australian College of Community Association Lawyers and is a regular presenter at management rights industry forums.
Damian also oversees the firm’s work dealing with sale and purchase contracts and the conveyancing of residential houses and units and commercial or industrial properties throughout Queensland.
Aside from property and commercial legal work, Damian works with clients in the area of estate planning and succession law.
Damian has been a member of the Sunshine Coast community since 1980 and is involved in various community service organisations on the Coast, including the Rotary Club of Maroochydore.
